About us

It was from humble beginnings on returning from war in 1920 that Arnold Laver used his savings to set up a timber merchant. Deliveries were made by handcart and within a year the business was doing well enough to purchase ‘Charlie’ the horse, who helped improve the delivery service.

The Company prospered and diversified and in 1960 Laver Leisure was established at Sealands, the start of 13 parks and over 1,750 holiday homes located at Ingoldmells, near Skegness.

Our commitment to the region goes without saying and equally we feel our reputation, within the local community, has been fundamental in our success.

Our parks are well located with most enjoying direct access to the beach, so that people do not have to cross busy roads. Our team will also provide assistance to any tenants that may require pitches near to access ramps, so that they have easy entry to the beach and promenade – helping to ensure that everyone can take full advantage of the great views and sea-air.

We maintain a friendly family atmosphere on all our parks and we are proud to say that many of our home owners have been with us for many years. Most of our Parks have a full-time residential warden, who – as previous owners themselves – understand fully the needs of our customers


Parks Manager
David is our Parks Manager and he has a wealth of experience in the holiday home sector. As well as being very ‘hands on’ and responsible for the day to day running of all of our Parks, David manages all of our site services and facilities.

David’s first responsibility is to ensure that our customers and visitors are happy and that all of the Parks run smoothly. From the sales and service of holiday homes through to the maintenance of the facilities, David is tasked with delivering the first class service our customers have come to expect.


Office Manager
Lisa is based in the Main Office at our Sealands Park and is responsible for managing the Customer Services and Administration team.  She joined us at the end of last Season and is looking forward to meeting all our Owners over the Season


Customer Service
Linda is based in the Main Office at our Sealands Park and is often the first point of contact for our holiday home owners. Linda is highly knowledgeable when it comes to providing assistance and guidance to our broad range of customers.


Parks Operations Manager
Ross looks after customer requests, the organisation of our siting teams and ensures that all of our Parks run smoothly on a daily basis..


After-sales Manager
Paul has the important role of making sure that all of our customers are completely happy with not only the purchase they have made, but their day to day requirements, going forward. He therefore acts as part of our customer service and operations team, providing practical help and advice where required.
