Laver Leisure have over 1,800 holiday homes and 13 great Parks for you to chose from, both in and around Ingoldmells and Chapel-St-Leonards

All our Parks occupy prime positions with most enjoying direct access to miles of sandy beach without having to cross busy roads, whilst our team are always on hand with help and advice to make sure you make the most of your stay.

Owning your own holiday home on a Laver Leisure Park, allows you to enjoy endless holidays from March to October – and it’s not as expensive as you might think.

A number of Parks allow clients to reduce the costs of ownership by letting their home in some of the most sought after locations in the resort.

All of our Holiday Homes are privately owned.

We do however allow our owners to sublet their Holiday Homes on several of our Parks.  Any rentals are agreed privately, with the owners direct.
